​Victor has over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in fine dining and Michelin-star restaurants in Germany. Victor’s recent experience has been as the Executive Chef of a private country club on the North Shore of Massachusetts for six years.

Victor’s background of cuisines includes plant-based, Asian, European, Fusion, American, and is open to other cuisines too.

He also enjoys foraging and learns new things.

He is a creator of unique Rice Paper Rolls, or you can also call it Salad Wraps, the perfect healthy snack/appetizer for your party or for your lunch/dinner.

Chef Victor also specialized in savory and sweet Strudels.
